Streammara – Data Deletion Policy

At Streammara, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. If you wish to request the deletion of your data associated with Streammara, please review the following guidelines.


1. Your Right to Data Deletion

In compliance with global data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored in our systems. Once your request is verified, we will securely remove your data unless we are legally required to retain it.


2. Information Eligible for Deletion

When you submit a data deletion request, the following information will be removed:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other identifiable details.

  • Account Details: Subscription history, payment information, and usage records.

  • Watchlists & Preferences: Saved watchlists, preferences, and custom recommendations.

⚠️ Important: Deleting your data is permanent. Once completed, you will lose access to your Streammara account, and this action cannot be reversed.


3. Submitting a Data Deletion Request

To request data deletion, please:

  • Send an Email: Contact us at digital@dnrstudios.co.ke with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”

  • Include the Following Details:

    • Full name

    • Registered email address

    • Reason for request (optional)

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.


4. Processing Timeline

Once your request is verified, we will process the deletion within 30 days. You will be notified via email once the deletion is complete.


5. Exceptions to Deletion

Your data may not be deleted if:

  • Legal Obligations: We are required by law, regulation, or contract to retain certain information.

  • Pending Transactions: If there are unresolved issues (e.g., active payments), your data may be retained until resolved.


6. Impact of Data Deletion

By deleting your data:

  • You will permanently lose access to your Streammara account.

  • Any active subscription or remaining balance will be forfeited (no refunds).

  • To use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
